2013 Annual Uncirculated $1 Coin Set Includes Silver Eagle

Earlier this week the United States Mint began accepting orders for its second-to-last collectible product in 2013 that will include a silver coin.

On Thursday, November 14, 2013, sales started for the 2013 Annual Uncirculated Dollar Coin Set for $44.95. It has six dollars, including the 2013-W Uncirculated American Silver Eagle that debuted separately on May 28, 2013, is sold for $43.95, and has current sales of 158,183. The other uncirculated $1 coins in the set include:

• 2013-D Native American Dollar
• 2013-P William McKinley Presidential Dollar
• 2013-P Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Dollar
• 2013-P William Howard Taft Presidential Dollar
• 2013-P Woodrow Wilson Presidential Dollar

Mint marks after the dates denote that the uncirculated $1 coins are produced at U.S. Mint facilities in West Point, Philadelphia or Denver. The four 2013 Presidential $1 Coins come from the Philadelphia Mint with the "P" mint mark shown on the edge of each. The 2013 Native American $1 Coin was produced at the Denver Mint with the "D’ mint mark on its edge. Finally, the 2013 Uncirculated American Silver Eagle has the "W" on its reverse for West Point.

Ordering

The 2013 Annual Uncirculated Dollar Coin Set may be ordered from the United States Mint website at http://www.usmint.gov/catalog. There is no mintage or household ordering limits.

All the dollars are presented within a folder that has description of each and a printed Certificate of Authenticity.

2013 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set

The final U.S. Mint product this year to include silver coins is the 2013 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set. It has a scheduled release date of December 12, 2013 for a yet undetermined price.

This set will have six silver coins to include a 2013-W Proof American Silver Eagle, the same one that sold out individually earlier this week, and the five 90% silver coins that are also a part of the 2013 Silver Proof Set — the Kennedy half-dollar, the Roosevelt dime and this year’s five 2013 America the Beautiful Quarters.
