2017 Congratulations Set at 74,497

The latest United States Mint sales stats revealed the total sold for the 2017 Congratulations Set is 74,497 out of its 75,000 product limit. Since a few minutes after launching on April 4, the set has virtually had an unavailable status.

While the Congratulations Set featured a proof American Eagle Silver Coin from the minting facility in San Francisco, the individually-sold proof Silver Eagle from the facility in West Point continued its upward climb as a top-seller. The latest total for the coin hit 262,583. It has been on the market since March 23 with no product limit.
On Monday, April 3, the United States Mint began selling the 2017 Frederick Douglass National Historic Site 5 Ounce Silver Bullion Coin to its unique network of authorized purchasers. A total of 16,200 have sold.
