2017 Quarters Silver Proof Set Debuts at 43,538

Silver rules. The top four bestsellers in the United States Mint weekly sales stats were all silver products.

Clinching the number one spot was the 2017 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set, the Mint’s newest offering. The public purchased 43,538 sets between its release on Thursday, Feb. 16 and to Sunday, Feb. 19.
2016 Uncirculated American Silver Eagles were the second most sought after offering with 3,076 in new sales, and they were followed by proof 2017 Lions Clubs International Centennial Silver Dollar, which was the top seller in the previous round. A total of 2,926 were picked up this time. Rounding out in fourth place were the 2016 Proof Silver Eagles, because 2,889 of them sold.
The table below shows the latest sales stats for collector coins and related silver products from the U.S. Mint. Sunday, February 19, is the as of date for the standard collectibles and Friday, Feb 24, is the as of date for the bullion products.
